These Flower paintings were done by Grade 3 & 4 students from MIS. The students worked from photographs and used a grid method to get the proportions of the flowers when they were drawing. The paintings are done with acrylic paint on canvas.

Here are examples from the recent Grade 7,8 watercolour paintings. The criterea was to create a painting of a famous building and to draw the building using one-point or two-point perspective. The students took their time and produced some excellent results. These paintings are currently on display at MIS.
